The latest stage of the Atlantic Hotel’s food journey is an exciting one. Head chef, Will Holland – dubbed ‘one of the most influential chefs of the next decade’ by The Good Food Guide – and his sous-chef, Adam Braithwaite, have completely taken apart and reconstructed the menus in the hotel’s Ocean Restaurant.

Having revamped the evening offer, diners have three options, starting with the ‘entry-level’ market menu. Changing daily, this menu is designed to be accessible to everyone, delivering a simpler take on local ingredients.

At the heart of Ocean restaurant is the à la carte menu, featuring Will’s signature dishes, inspired by Jersey’s land and sea offerings.

For those looking for the ultimate gastronomic experience, the third offering combines food and wine with exclusivity in the new Tasting Room.
