The only AA 5 Red Star hotel in the Channel Islands, Longueville Manor is one of only three AA 5 Red Star properties in Britain and Ireland that are still independently owned and family-run.
Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, the hotel is currently run by Malcolm Lewis, who is the third generation of his family to take the helm.
Award-winning head chef Andrew Baird exemplifies the hotel’s passion for fine dining, with his cuisine focusing on simplicity and flavour. He is especially passionate about home-grown and local produce, and his menus celebrate the amazing produce for which the Island is famous.
Cementing Longueville Manor’s position as a gastronomic destination, the hotel has recently opened a new wine cellar, which is home to over 4,000 bottles including some of the world’s most remarkable and rare wines.
