
Mark Jordan at the Beach opened in 2011, as a joint venture between Patrick and Treena Burke, the owners of The Atlantic Hotel, and Mark and Magda Jordan.
Offering fine food in a relaxed setting, the restaurant was awarded the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand within the first year of opening.
With this Michelin ethos, the menu at Mark Jordan at the Beach focuses on local ingredients and consistently high standards – a recipe Mark learnt from his first tutor, Keith Floyd.
For Taste Jersey, Mark has designed a tasting menu, which will showcase local produce.
‘From local mackerel and scallops to Jersey beef, we have an abundance of fantastic produce,’ said Mark. ‘The quality of the produce is one of the reasons we have been able to win these awards. When you’ve got the best ingredients, you have to let them speak for themselves.’
