Saffrons is unlike any other restaurant in Jersey – a distinction which has been both a blessing and a challenge for the team.
While spices are at the heart of the menu – as suggested by the name – this is not an Indian restaurant serving kormas, vindaloos and other curry dishes.
Instead, Saffrons offers a fine-dining experience with an Indian twist. Head chef Rupinder Singh has developed a menu which showcases predominantly Jersey produce, cooked using classic French techniques and flavoured using authentic spices from India.
As well as flavouring the dishes, each spice has been selected for its wellbeing properties, adding a further element to the restaurant’s ethos.
